"I'm on my 3rd project in the last 18 months with Duncan Bothwell and BML Contracting. I met Duncan almost 2 years ago when he was working on a renovation of a home on my street. The project involved some exterior painting and installation of cedar shingles above a covered porch. I noticed the meticulous attention to detail and quality workmanship of everyone on his team. I waited several months for BML's availability to start a project that replaced large 1980's style pot lights with contemporary halogen pot lights on 2 full floors. The scope of the project involved electrical work, ceiling and wall repair and as well as painting and finishing. The work proceeded in a timely way with all the trades perfectly coordinated. Considering what was involved I was particularly impressed with how clean they left my house every day, considering I was living there through the renovation. Last fall BML did all the tile work when I updated my kitchen. Needless to say, I was extremely satisfied and booked them again for another project, my master washroom renovation. That work is currently in progress . 2 weeks into the project the end result is near and I can already say the outcome will be wonderful It's been a pleasure to work with Duncan and BML. I can't imagine calling anyone else for any renovation project I consider."
